- 1. How much is shipping and delivery?
Check your items in the shopping cart as you browse BossConn Store and proceed to the checkout.
Once you've provided the delivery address, and chosen a shipping method, the costs will be calculated and shown on screen.
You don't need to complete the order just yet, as there are still a few more details that need to be entered before the order is finalised.

3. When should my order arrive?
Usually, from the day your order released, you can expect to get the products in around 5 - 15 business days.
We also offer an express shipping option during the checkout process for some orders. Our shipping partners advertise express delivery in 3 - 7 business days, such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.
It's important to note that in some countries, you may need to allow an additional 4 - 5 days for your local customs.
4. Who will deliver my order?
Mostly we will ship via China Post to all country of the world.
Maybe we will ship via International E Po (Shipping Tool of eBay), such as USA, England, Australia, HongKong, etc.
We rely on a network of external shipping partners around the world including the long-haul capabilities of UPS, FedEx, DHL, as well as the distribution expertise of local postal services including USPS to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

5. Where can BossConn deliver to?
Our shipping partners deliver to all corners of the globe.
6. What if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case!
If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you've allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to peek at your awesome new stuff, and your local post office was not able to help, contact us and we'll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.
7. A tracking number was received, but tracking information is unavailable.
When an order is shipped using a trackable service, tracking information for deliveries will generally be available within 1-3 days, however sometimes it may take a shipping partner a little longer.
If tracking information has not appeared after 5 business days, please contact us.
8. The tracking information hasn't been updated. Is the order stuck?
A number of shipping partners update tracking information when a package is received at each stage of the delivery path.
Generally, the package is still on the way, just waiting to be scanned at the next sorting facility.
9. What about customs?
As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, BossConn company may not know the details of additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.
It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.
What to do if you are charged duty or customs taxes-
1 - Please pay the requested amount, if you're able.
2 - Take a photo of the receipt, clearly showing the amount, and that it has been paid.
3 - Send us that picture together with your order number in a new support request.
Once we have received all of the above information, we'll get back to you within a day or two.
We're sorry that this happened, and we don't like it either - but we're always here to make things right for you.
10. Can I ask to ship to someone elss with a different address?
Absolutely! The 'billing' address must be your own, however you can choose a different 'delivery' address.
We don't include any invoices or payment information in the packages, but elements of the packaging may reveal the goodies inside.
Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt it's also a good idea to use your own email address, to keep your secret. - Privacy & Security

As BossConn Store does not charge Chinese taxes on any US and International orders, these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. Occasionally, BossConn Store offers special promotions which can be redeemed using a coupon code. Check Order Status
It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your email address and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order#, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, and "shipping to". If you placed your order over the phone or via mail/fax, you can check your order status by contacting one of our customer services specialists at 86 (755) 2792-1009 or emailing Customer Support.
Order status messagesCommonly used order statuses include:
• Penging- We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order
• Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We'll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
• Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders

If you are unable to cancel item(s) online and need to make a return, please review the Returns & Refunds section of online Help.

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in online to My Orders. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments emails and tracking numbers.
Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The China Post Service and other carriers may not provide tracking information.
To receive a tracking number or shipment status on orders placed over the phone, please call a customer service specialist at 86 (755) 2792-1009 or email Customer Support.Invoices
A paper invoice will be mailed to you via China Postal Service after your order has completely shipped. If you paid via Credit Card, Check or Wire Transfer, the invoice will be marked as $0.00 due. If you paid via Purchase Order, this invoice will show the total dollar amount that needs to be submitted. - Updating Account Information
- To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top (or bottom) of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “My Account”.
• To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
• To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Change Billing Address”, “Change Shipping Address Address”, then "Edit address" >> "Save Address"
• To subscribe or unsubscribe to the BossConn newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
